The competition was a success I just worry about indexes being polluted out there. Though thankfully geansai gorm isn't exactly a sought after term. It'd be nice next time if it ran for a bit longer. Though as people have already stated a lot does depend on if you've got the heavy hitting links to call on. Sure you can go ahead and spam wikipedia but that'll hopefully result in a negative effect on your site as its realised its spam. Ah well debating what else to do at this late stage :) with mere hours to go its all a bit ARGH! shouldn't have left it till the last minute It made sense in my head at the time. :)

It's tough to properly do SEO for this competition as you can't really do any directory submissions, PR releases or link build by approaching other webmasters.
